She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Paul Alton Dorey; her parents, Harvey L. Buckley and Emma H. Warren Buckley; her daughters, Amelia and Cecilia Dorey; and her siblings, Donnie Buckey and Gladdine Buckley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Smith (Allen) of Munford, TN and Pam Smith of Malvern; her sister Jeanette Launius (Marvin) of Bearden; her grandchildren, Jason O'Dell (Jennille) of Drummonds, TN, Jared O'Dell of Memphis and Brittney Dorey (Alex) of Hot Springs; her great grandchildren, Jason (Faith), Jeffrey, Jonathan, Peyton, Justin, Julianna, Josiah, Jake and Abdel; and her great great grandchildren, Grace, Matthew and Alex.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
