He is survived by: his wife Mae Dell Moore Talley; his children, Cordero Talley, ToJuana Talley and Teresa Talley of Dallas, TX; and his stepchildren, Dee Scott and Veleka Scott. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
