He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mont Stone and Lessie Cart Stone; his son Gary Stone; his wife Patricia Stone; and his sisters, Bobbye Joyner, Rose June Graham, Molly O'Kelley and Glynda White.
He is survived by: his brother Jim Stone of Conway. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and six step-children.
