He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Thomas Twitty, Sr. and Nancy Aline Twitty-Adkins; and his stepfather Ed Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Twitty of Magnolia; his daughters, Ann Goodwin (Mike) of Magnolia, Gaye Twitty of Shreveport, LA, Dawn Duckett (Frankie) of Waldo and Kim Mennie of Texarkana, AR; his grandchildren, Jason Goodwin (Jessica) of Laurel, MS, Julie Walker Philippines Missionaries (Jimmy), Amber Goodwin of Magnolia, Hannah Collier (Hayden) of Magnolia, Laura Bolt (Bryan) of Texarkana, AR, Nick Duckett of Conway and Nate Mennie of Texarkana, AR; and his sisters, Eddie Stout (Homer) of Bossier City, LA and Nancy Kees (Gary) of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
