He is survived by: his wife Pat Simpson of Magnolia; his children, David Simpson (Roberta) of Blue Mountain, William P. "Bill" Simpson of Hope, Joe Simpson (Lori) of Buckner and Wendy Dees (Tim) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Dexter Dees of Magnolia, Alexa Lee (Jeremy Keaster) of El Dorado, Jake Roberts (Britni Bailey) of Mayflower, Ryan Simpson of Buckner, Garth Dees of Magnolia, Mason Vestal of El Dorado and Wes Simpson (Paole) of Waldo; and his sister Sherry Montgomery of Willisville. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and extended family, and friends.
