He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Owen and Nannie Lee Owen (Ware); his former wife Paula Paul Owen; and his siblings, Alice Marie Goodman, Rosemary Rogers, James Owen and Harold Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna M. Owen of Magnolia; his children, Stephanie Kemp (Chris) of Louann and Charles Owen (Shanna) of Waldo; his sister Mellody Justice of Wylie, TX; his grandchildren, Steve Blair of Louann, Joshua Blair (Charli) of Smackover, Chandler Owen of Russellville, Leah Kemper (Jesse) of Camden and Monica Owen of Magnolia; his great grandchild Dex Blair of Smackover; and his pet Skeeter. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends.
