He is survived by: his wife Sally Wilson Franks of Magnolia; his sons, Charlie Franks (Susan) of Magnolia and Zane Franks (Cassie) of Humble, TX; his grandchildren, Charlie-Kate Franks of Magnolia, Gunner Franks and Savanna Franks of Humble, TX; his siblings, Floyce Franks of Calhoun, LA and Noel Franks (Sandra) of Conway; his nephews, Joey Franks of Jackson, MS and Joshua Franks (Tara) of Ruston, LA; his niece Noel Bise (Chris) of Conway; and his half-sisters, Thelma Penix of Cabot and Lucy Humble of Monroe, LA. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
