He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Pryor, Sr. and Edna Pryor (Holcomb); his wife Cindy Lea Pryor (Randolph); and his sister Beverly Holland. He is survived by: his son Jason Shultz of Magnolia; and his siblings, William Pryor (Tina) of Shongaloo, LA, Jonathan Pryor (Peggy) of Calhoun, LA and Mary Prince of Fairfield, TX. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to donor's local Alcoholics Anonymous Recovery Program.
