She was predeceased by: her parents, Melba Ray (Cloud) and Noel Ray; her husband Larry Wayne Neill; and her siblings, Noel Ray, Jr. and Jo Carroll Ray.
She is survived by: her friend Lord; her children, Amber Harlon (Chad) of Waldo, Ashley Neill of Boca Raton, FL and Whitney Neill of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Tori Bennett (Dylan) of Magnolia, Macy Welsh of Fayetteville, NC, Gage Harlon, Avery Harlon of Waldo, Asher Neill, Oliver Neill of Boca Raton, Rayleigh Herron, Olivia Harlon and Parks Epperson of Magnolia; her great grandchildren, Wrenley Bennett and Boomer Bennett; and her sister Nancy Kimrey of Crossett. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
