She was predeceased by: her father Ulysses "Bill" Williams; her grandparents, Mattie Jewel Rhynes Dawson and Thomas Rhynes; and her siblings, George Ray Williams and Billee Cheryl Williams.
She is survived by: her mother Oda Mae Rhynes Williams; her son William Jeffrey Flanigan (Karen); her sister Doris W. Hudson; her grandchildren, Jaden Flanigan, Jordan Flanigan, Jackson Flanigan, Teah Williams (Damarious), Emirra Harris and Elise Harris; her niece Ashlee Riggins; her godchildren, Dr. LaTrica Rhynes-Hicks (Marcell) and Curtis T. Wright; her granddaughters, Akia Curry (Dajah) and Kandyse Flanigan; and also Alvin Flanigan (Shawnaa). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
