He is survived by: his mother Ramona June Gray-Carter; his wife Cindy Emerson of Magnolia, AR; his siblings, Mona Moreland (Scott) of Houston, TX, Melanie Smith (Gary) of Haughton, LA, Weylin Dawson (Patty), Mack Carter (Laura) of Sanford, NC, Mark Carter (Cindy) and Robbie Carter (Debra) of Paragould, AR; and his close friend Herschal Sanders of Stephens, AR..
