He was predeceased by: his parents, James Obine and Mary Myrtis Walker (Hanson); and his brother Johnny Walker. He is survived by: his sons, Joey Morehead (Kerri) and Scott Morehead (Katie) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Dylan Morehead, Brody Morehead, Madeline Morehead and Parker Morehead of Magnolia; his great grandchildren, Oliver Morehead and Zeke Gunter of Magnolia; and his siblings, Mary Ruth Stockwell of Magnolia, Sam E. Walker (Charlotte) of Waldo and Sarah "Salli" Perry (Charles) of Monroe, LA.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hephzibah Cemetery.
