We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 81, Noel Ray (Magnolia, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Noel Ray, Sr. and Melba Louise Ray (Cloud); his wife LaNelle Ray; his children, Tene Goyer (Tim), Cammie Hambrice (Ronny), Mark Ray (Kelly) and Danielle Vincent (Joe); his grandchildren, Hillary Bokker (Adam), Jeremy Hambrice (Mandy), Julianna Vincent, Savannah Vincent, Parker Vincent (Naudia), Anna Rohleder (Charlie), Will Whitehead (Jennie Marie), Elizabeth Ray and Jonathon Ray; and his sisters, Nancy Kimrey (Greg) and Sondra McCollum (Scotty). He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.

“In loving memory of Noel Ray, In my early 20's I was new to Tulsa and became friends with Mark Ray. I soon meet Noel and found that you were his friend too. Several times I was blessed to hear the phrase, "Why don't you stay and have dinner with us", Noel and Mark are both great cooks! Ultimately, who we meet and know in life becomes a part of us and I am grateful to have known Noel. He put out lot of sunshine and a lot of people will have extra sunshine to share because of him! God Bless”
