She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry and Fannie Dozier Young; and her sibling R. L. Flaherty. She is survived by: her children, Robert 'Bob Flaherty and Rita Rhea (Eddie) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Dwayne (Anita Flaherty), Becky Biddle, Vicki Garcia, Jennifer (Damon Reed) and Shannon (Matthew Heath); and her great grandchildren, Robbie, Stacy, William, Thomas, Wesley, Meagan, Jacob, Jonathan, Quade and Zane. She is also survived by several great-great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
