He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pendrick and Anna Szavinsky Pendrick; his wife Lucille Pendrick; and his grandson Joseph Waters. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Miller of Olney and Angie Waters (Mike) of Magnolia; his granddaughters, Morgan Miller of Vincennes and Abby Alphin of Magnolia; his great grandchildren, Quinton Alphin, Peyton Mullins and Phinley Waters; his brother Tom Pendrick of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.; and his caregivers, Lori Burris, Angel Jenkins, Demita Martin, Mashon Scott, Tomica Robinson and Veronica Moss.
