It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Frances Norris of Magnolia, Arkansas, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Roger Whitlow and Lurline Otwell (Rogers); her husband Joe Bob Norris; her daughter Julie Norris; and her siblings, Margaret Barker, Sonny Whitlow and Jimmy Otwell.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Howell (Larry) of Magnolia and David Norris of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Kristen Howell of Little Rock, Nicolette Norris, Tiffany Norris, Fayetteville, Courtney Roberts of Taylor and Zach Bryan of Shreveport, LA; her sister-in-law Margie Otwell of Magnolia; and her pet Lady. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, the family has requested anyone attending the graveside service to please wear a mask.
