She was predeceased by: her father James "Buddy" Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Hines of Macedonia; her children, Melody Tolbert (Dewayne) of El Dorado, Adam Hines (Elisa) and Caleb Hines of Haughton; her grandchildren, Gregory Tolbert, Naomi Tolbert, Christian Tolbert of El Dorado, Audrey Hines and Wade Hines of Haughton; and her mother Mary Phillips (Yates) of Macedonia. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
