He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Tobias and Helen Tobias; his children, Steven Tobias, Tony Tobias and Emma Sutyla; and his siblings, Ben Tobias, Elizabeth Perry and Patricia Pollard.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Tobias of Tyler, Texas, Regina Burns (Bobby) of Buckner and Carolyn Hanson (Richard) of Stamps, Arkansas; and his siblings, Johnny Tobias (Vivian) of Alto, Clifton Tobias of Diboll, Texas, Darlene Stone of Diboll and Annell Johnson (Roger) of Applesprings, Texas. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
