He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert, Sr. and Janie Norment (Sullivan); his siblings, William Herbert Norment, Jr. (Mary Sue), Louise McDuff (J. T.) and Willie Gingles (George); his brother-in-law Carmen Falcione; and also Michael McKinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Smart Norment; his children, Clint Norment (Margarita) and Mandy Payne (Greg); his grandchildren, Riley Payne of Magnolia, Reagan Payne of Magnolia, Kelsi Norment of Magnolia and Alissa Norment of Magnolia; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Falcione and Michael Smart; his children, Ashley and James; his granddaughters, Mallori Parkman and Carolyn Beeson; and also Ginger Kelly. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
