She was predeceased by: her father Charles Wayne Smith; and her niece Cara Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Stephens of Magnolia; her children, Mandy Belt (Kevin), Michael Paul Stephens (Kimmy) of Magnolia and Cassie Franks (Zane) of Humble, Texas; her mother Myria Smith of De Queen; her grandchildren, Brodie (Anna), Hallie, Cecylie Belt of Magnolia, Tate, Knox, Neely Stephens of Magnolia, Gunner and Savanna Franks of Humble, Texas; her brothers, Clint Smith (Leslie), Carter Smith (Angela), Steve Smith (Brenda) and De Queen; her parents-in-law, Harvey and Roxy Stephens of De Queen; and her sisters-in-law, Laurie Tidwell (Mitchell), Wickes, Sherri Flournoy and De Queen. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
