He was predeceased by: his father William Morris "Bill" Atkinson; his siblings, William Morris "Buddy" Atkinson, Jr. and Libby; and his brother-in-law Larry Pearce. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Longino Atkinson of Magnolia; his children, Wil Atkinson (Leah Chandler) of Magnolia and Shelby Pennington (Tanner) of Waldo; his mother Laverne Atkinson of Magnolia; his sisters, Becky Collier (Douglas) and Debbie Tarver; his sister-in-law Glenda Atkinson; and his granddaughters, Abigail, Maggie Atkinson, Ryan and Logan Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and extended family and friends.
