He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parker and Ollie Parker; his wife Peggy Darlene Parker; and his siblings, Paul Parker, Jack Parker, James Kelly Parker, Mildred Dickson, Helen Pittman, Margret Cooper, Mary Duren and Dorothy Erickson.
He is survived by: his children, Devona Powell (Greg) of Magnolia, AR and Kenneth Parker of Bullhead, AZ; his sister Patsy Butcher of Milton, FL.; his grandchildren, Travis Smith (Dina) of Richmond, TX, Seletia Powell (David) of Magnolia, AR, Tyler Smith (Amber) of Hennepin, IL, Shelby Parker of Columbia, MO and Savannah Parker of Blue Springs, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Huntington, Jace Ruiz, Ellyson Caver, Ethan Smith, Bryson Smith, Monollie Powell, Ryker Smith, Harvey Powell, Maeley Smith and Elizabeth Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
