He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Barker and Margaret Barker (Whitlow); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Deloach, Bill Lineberry and Rita Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Barker of Magnolia; his children, Kenny Barker (Mandy) of Magnolia, Doug Barker (Sarah) of Texarkana and Dana Martin of Little Rock; his sister Barbara Taylor of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Blake Barker, Bayler Barker of Magnolia, Dalton Martin, Peyton Martin of Little Rock, Britain Barker, Avery Barker and Sade Barker of Magnolia; and his close friend John Crisp of Magnolia. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
