He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Lou Jack (Aldridge); and his sister Eloise Killingsworth. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Jack (Susan), Gary Jack (Jeanne) and Michael Jack (Angie) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Jasper Jack (Sherry), Morgan Bailey, Brandon Jack of Magnolia, Cory Jack (Magen) of El Dorado and Sydney Grubbs (Hunter) of Hot Springs; his great grandchildren, Landon Smith, Abigail Jack of Magnolia, Adalynn Grubbs of Hot Springs and Dawson Jack of El Dorado; and his sister Katie Long (Morris) of Magnolia. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
