He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Jessie; his sister Lois Merle; his former wife Wanda Volentine Head; and his great grandchild Rozalynn Dunivan.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Morgan of El Dorado, AR; his children, Karen Roberts (James) of Chatham, LA, Teresa Rougon (Shawn) of Denham Springs, LA, Kathleen Givens of Franklin, OH, Richard Head (Margo) of Waterford, WI and Michael Head (Alecia) of Shreveport, LA; his stepdaughters, Cindy Saulsbury and Kelly Jones-Wilson (Tim) of El Dorado; and his sister Sherlyn Dyda (Bill) of Santa Fe, TX. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
