He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebber Adair and Lee Modell Lewis (Ferguson); and his brothers, Talmadge, Jerry, Alton, Billy Nolan and Bobby Dale Lewis.
He is survived by: his brothers, Marvin Lewis (Ann) of Ivan, LA, Delmar Ray Lewis (Debbie) of Benton, LA and Curtis Lewis (Mary) of Magnolia; and his sisters-in-law, Ava Jo Lewis and Betty Lewis of Springhill, LA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and cousins.
