She is survived by: her son Jimmy Bates (Sharon) of Magnolia, Arkansas; her grandsons, Jeffery Bates of Magnolia and Jarvis Bates (Shakia) of Maumelle, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Ja'Tawa Bates of Pine Bluff, Ariana Bates of Maumelle, Arkansas and Ja'Myra Bates of Maumelle, Arkansas; her sister Lillian Green of Magnolia; and her close friend Mary Winfield of Stamps, Arkansas..
