He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Helen Hales Duke. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Parker-Duke; his brothers, Jon (Stephanie) and Michael (Karri); his children, Lori Woodell and Scott Duke (Caroline); and his stepchildren, Shalah Parker Sims and Christopher. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
