He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Calloway Greer; his parents, Julia Greer, and Homer Greer, Sr.; his sisters, Margaret Reagan, Mildred Ruff, Marian "Tootsie" Schmidt and Lois Gene Russell; and his daughter-in-law Susan Greer.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Greer Addison (Rick); his granddaughter Hayley McAvey (James) of Dallas, Texas; his son David Greer; his grandchildren, Blaine Greer of Magnolia, Arkansas and Robbie Hall (John); his great grandchild Calloway of Conway, Arkansas.; and his children, Shepherd, Raleigh of Baton Rouge and Amanda Addison of Austin, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Jean Greer Perpetual Fund at First United Methodist Church of Magnolia.
