With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herb Phillips (Magnolia, Arkansas), born in Smackover, Arkansas, who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Phillips and Jewel Mae Phillips (Porter); his wife Eva Phillips (Boothe); his granddaughter Cassie Phillips; his daughter-in-law Cathy Phillips; and his siblings, Hilda Teer, John Martin Phillips and Grady Roy Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Phillips of El Dorado, Brenda Garrett (Larry) and Danny Phillips (Debbie) of Magnolia; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Lee (John) of El Dorado, Melody Mayo (Trent), Holly Garrett, Jason Phillips (Shauna) and Shana Phillips.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the First Apostolic Church, PO Box 1840, Magnolia, AR 71754.
