He is survived by: his children, Mark of Clifton, NJ, Anne McIntosh (Larry) of Sammamish, WA, Matt (Wendi) of Prosper, TX and Rolfe of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kyle, Brynna and Hayden; and also Margaret.
