He is survived by: his wife Mary Linda Kelsay; and his children, Mark D. Kelsay (Michelle) of Copperas Cove, TX, Lindy Dyson (Jay) of Magnolia, Leslie Starks (Greg) of Ward, AR, Chris Kelsay (Kellie) of Tyler, TX, Lori Johnson (Troy) of Searcy, Barbara Staggs (Mike), Wendy Davis (Rodney) and Mickey Harwell (April). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
