She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Emerson and Iva Lou Ella Emerson (Kirkpatrick); her husband Arthur Blondell Ware; her son Larry Ware; and her sister Francise Marlar.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny (Diane Ware) of Homer, Louisiana, Patricia (Steve Hicks) of Homer, Louisiana and Lisa Punch of Homer, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Levelle Hicks of Haynesville, Nathon (Jill Hardaway), Clayton (Lori White), Ryan (Ware), Sabrina Hicks of Homer, April (David Hembree) of Homer, Julie McCoy of Homer, Jenny Eddens of Homer, Danielle (Josh Sellers) and Brandi Ware of Magnolia; and her sisters, Annelle McMullan Hunter (Lenard) of Magnolia and Somona Thomas of Emerson. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren.
