She was predeceased by: her brothers, Gaylord Gunnels (Jane) and Gene Gunnels (Lana); and her brother-in-law Dewey Dees. She is survived by: her husband Carrol Winston Lewis of Magnolia; her children, Don Lewis (Vickie) of Wynne and Debora Blackwell (Richard) of Waldo, Arkansas; her siblings, Nell Dees of Magnolia and Glen Gunnels (Gail) of Magnolia; and her grandchildren, Alesia Blackwell of San Antonio, Dillon Lewis (Alesha) of Baton Rouge and Kayla Lewis of Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice.
