Doug Athey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2020, at the age of 55, Doug Athey (Magnolia, Arkansas), born in Simi Valley, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vernon and Helen Athey (Stafos). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Athey of Magnolia; his son Charlie Athey of Magnolia; his siblings, Marsha Farmer of Carson City, NV, Debbie O'Connell (Mike) of Oklahoma City, OK, Cheryl Smith (Dave) of Lynnville, TN, Cindy Coggin (Gary) of Galt, CA, Karen Riggins of Calico, TN and Gary Wrinkles of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Darla Cates of Emerson, Debra Brecht (Bill) of Magnolia, Pam Cunningham (David) of Emerson and Charlene Cates of Magnolia. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and faithful companion.
Due to COVID-19 a memorial service will be announced later with services being held at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Launius officiating.
