She was predeceased by: her parents, Clorie Dee Hoof and Leevon Cooper; her adoptive parent Lize Reed; her husband Wilfer Henderson, Sr.; and her daughter Evelyn Jean Stevenson.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Henderson, Wilfer Henderson, Jr. (Gwen), Ronald James Henderson (Jessica), Kenneth Ray Henderson (Jaliesha), Stephen Ray Henderson (Sylvia) and Jarvis Jay Henderson (Barbara). She is also survived by two sisters; three brothers; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
