Rateliff (Janice Coulter) of Kent, Washington; her grandchildren, Misty Lybarger (Kyle), Stormy Sladaritz (Will), Allen Hutchins and Tommy Philpot Jr. (Whitney); and her extended family Walmart. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
