He is survived by: his children, Derrick Fields of Mc Neil, AR., Laretha Fields of Stephens, AR. and KaDesha Milner of Stephens, AR.; and his brothers, Don Albert Fields (Patricia) of Joliet, IL., John Greene (Johnnie) of Stamps, AR. and Ray Allen Fields of Amarillo, TX.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
