He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Carter and Morgan Carter; his sister McKenna Carter; his grandparents, Sandy of Stephens, Arkansas, Monica Carter of Stephens, Arkansas, Jim and Sonya Cloud of Taylor; and his great-grandparents, Janette Carter of Stephens, Ann Bagwell Holt of Mt. Holly and Flo Cloud of Waldo.
Memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
