It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Frances Dowling of Magnolia, Arkansas, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Joe Lee; her husband Carl C. Dowling, Jr.; and her brothers, Jesse Bridges and Paul Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Billy Dowling, Terry Dowling of Hot Springs and Barbara Dowling of Hope; her grandson Bryce Thompson Dowling of Hot Springs; her sister Letha Hendricks of Magnolia; and her sisters-in-law, Sarah Bridges, Louise Dowling, Jodi Millican of Magnolia and Brenda Dowling of McNeil. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
