He is survived by: his wife Patricia Millican Talley; his daughter Melissa Ellis (Jimi); his brother Larry Talley (Penney); his stepchildren, Kim Williams (Greg), Robbie Seward (Shawn) and Allen Millican; his grandchildren, Jessie Ellis, Isabella Ellis, Jolie Ellis and Todd Taylor (Kaylin); his stepgrandchildren, Adam Owens (Cassie), Rylee Owens and Austin Millican; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emersyn and Wyatt. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
