He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lloyd Ainsworth and Audrey Mae Ainsworth (Williams); and his siblings, Fannie Mae Dees, Sudie Hendricks, Esther Brock, Dessie Mayhall, Patsy Rogers, Tiny Ann Ainsworth, Jessie Ainsworth, Charles Ainsworth, James Ainsworth, Freddie Ainsworth, Tommie Ainsworth and Johnnie Ainsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Ainsworth of Magnolia; his children, Paul (Becky Ainsworth) and Janet (Scott Kruise); his grandchildren, Karen Ainsworth of Conway, AR, David, Dusti Ainsworth of Springhill, LA, John Robert, Allison Cardwell of Kansas City, MO, Katherine, Ryan Phillips of Magnolia, AR, Abby, Evan McCrary of Benton, AR, Matthew, Lauren Kruise of Benton, LA, Ben Kruise of Benton, LA and Laura Kruise of Benton, LA; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Ainsworth, Lola Ann Ainsworth, Ada Cardwell, Cleo Cardwell, Bowen Phillips, Vann McCrary, Kade Kruise and Caroline Kruise; and his brother Donnie (Terri Ainsworth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (762 AR-160, Magnolia, AR 71753). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
