He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Moses and Janie Moses; his siblings, Rural, Jewell, Homer, Dale and Carl Moses; his wife Avis Lorraine Moses; and his sons, Anthony "Tony" Moses and Greg Moses.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Russell (David) of Arkadelphia and Perry Moses (Dana) of Jonesboro; his daughter-in-law Patti Moses; his grandchildren, Chris Glass (Katelyn) of Vilonia, Arkansas, Maci Curtis (Jutt) of Spring Hill, Arkansas and Adrienne Burkett (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Callie, Caine Glass of Vilonia, Westin, Kip Curtis of Spring Hill, Berlynn and Landon Burkett of Jonesboro, Arkansas.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
