He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joe and Mamie Jaggars (Fore); his wife Mary Faye Jaggars (Reed); and his siblings, John W "Dub" Jaggars, Thomas Eugene "Buddy" Jaggars, John Ray Jaggers, Mattie Lou Hall, Betty Jean Hamilton and Mamie Jo Coats.
He is survived by: his children, Joe N. Jaggars of Magnolia, William Eugene "Gene" Jaggars (Valerie) of Hope and Dee Copeland (Randy) of Waldo; his sister Ann Sue Post (Neely) of Kingsland; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Harden of Hardin, Gay Jaggers of Portland and Annette Reed of Yellville. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends.
