He is survived by: his children, Archie Dwain Cook, Jr. of Buckner, Arkansas and Dana Marie Cook of Lewisville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ashley Fletcher, Christia Ann Cook and Alaina Maria Larey; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Tanner, Alivia and Natalie.
