She was predeceased by: her parents, Parley Orlo and Lela Ethel Knepper (Elvin Mason Gurnea). She is survived by: her husband Elvin Mason Gurnea, II; her children, Carol Durrant of Magnolia, Linda Barlow (Ritchie) of Weatherford, Texas, Mason Gurnea of Magnolia and Dennis Gurnea (Jane) of Las Cruces; her grandchildren, Valerie Horton (Wayman) of Weatherford, Bonnie Barlow of Grapevine and Patrice Feltman (Andrew) of Albuquerque; and her sister Mary Thomason of Defuniak Springs, Florida. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
