It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alverne Young Wallace (Magnolia, Arkansas), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Spurgeon Young and Dorothy Bryant Young; and her husband Jim Wallace. She is survived by: her daughters, Tena Simpson (Keith) of Magnolia and Vicki Brown (Craig) of Benton; her grandchildren, Hayden Simpson, Landon Simpson of Conway, Logan Thompson of Shreveport and Caylin Thompson of Conway; and her sisters, Shirley Baker (Donald) of Magnolia and Judy Reeves of Waldo. She is also survived by companion "Kirby;" and a host of extended family and friends.
