He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Laura Vann (Cutshall); and his siblings, Lee Roy Vann, Jr. and Janice Spear. He is survived by: his wife Betty Collums Vann of Magnolia; his sons, Parnell Vann (Angela) of Magnolia and Tommy Vann (Andrea) of Doddridge; his grandchildren, Ashton Dixon (James) of Hindsville, Madalynn Vann of Magnolia, Charlie Vann and Harrison Vann of Doddridge; and his brother Ardell Vann (Maryann) of Genoa. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Allen had a love of animals, especially strays, the family requests memorial donations be made to the City of Magnolia Animal Shelter, PO Box 1126, Magnolia, AR 71754.
