He is survived by: his wife Pat Frank; his children, Sheri Church of Magnet Cove, Cindy Draper (Dewayne) of Malvern and Robbie Frank (April) of Fayetteville; his grandsons, Chris Church, Hunter Church, JB Frank and Will Frank; his sister-in-law Betty Carter (Scotty); his niece Jennifer Godwin; and his great-nephews, Beau and Brycen.
