It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Wallis of Magnet Cove, Arkansas, born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Dalton and Fannie Hudspeth Dalton; her husband Harlie Lonard Wallis; her daughter Relda Wallis Bennett; and her siblings, Oscar "Bobbie" Dalton, Jr. and Lucille Geraldine Dalton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary Wallis Butler and Rita Wallis Ferguson (Jim); her son-in-law Dave Bennett; her grandchildren, Meshelle Jones (Wade), Scott Bennett (Candy), Jody Bennett (Shannon), Dede Haynes (Randy), Brandi Martin (Drew), Gabe Herrington (Heather), Cody Ferguson (Alex) and Jaede Ferguson; and her great grandchildren, Sara Bennett, Lane Bennett, Lora Bennett, Carson Haynes, Jackson Haynes, Grace Martin, Emma Herrington, Hadley Herrington and Ava Herrington.
